SYTHL Meeting Agenda

To able to complete our agenda in one day we need the team declarations to be sent to Jeff Harris no later than the 18th of August. This will allow us to have the divisions set prior to the meeting so that very little shuffling will have to occur and scheduling can be the primary focus. With this later meeting date we are hoping that more associations will have their team tryouts completed and be able to commit to a schedule.

The agenda will include:

SYTHL Business meeting
SYTHL 2012-13 elections
Positions up for nomination: Vice President, Treasurer
Awards Luncheon - presenting award banners for 2011-12 season and trophies for year end tournaments
2012-13 Scheduling of League Games

For those associations that had teams that won a year end tournament last season - we need you to bring that trophy to the meeting so that we can pass it on to the host association for the upcoming season. We will have the award plaques for the trophies at the meeting.
