We are very pleased to announce that the joint annual meetings of SAHA and the SYTHL has been rescheduled for Saturday August 25th and Sunday August 26th at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Huntsville.
Because the SAHA General Membership Meeting meeting will begin early on Saturday morning, SAHA Board members and Association Presidents may want to plan to arrive in Huntsville on Friday night, August 24th.
The following is the tentative itinerary (subject to change) for the weekend:
Saturday 8:00 AM CDT - Annual Affiliate General Membership Meeting - SAHA Board and all Association Presidents required attendance - Open to all Member Associations
Saturday 12:00PM CDT - SYTHL Award Luncheon
Saturday 11:00 AM CDT - Annual SAHA Board of Directors Meeting - SAHA Board and all Association Presidents required attendance - Open to all Member Associations
Saturday 2:30 PM CDT - SYTHL Executive Committee Meeting - Open to all SYTHL Members
Saturday 4:00 PM CDT - SYTHL Scheduling Meeting - Open to all SYTHL Members
Sunday 8:00AM CDT - Conclusion SYTHL Scheduling Meeting - Open to all SYTHL Members
Some items of special interest this year will include discussion of the newly endorsed USA Hockey SafeSport Program, new Growth and Development initiatives, as well as many more developments from USA Hockey. Meeting agendas, program materials, and information regarding reservations for the SYTHL Awards Luncheon will follow in the near future.
