Week 5 Update

 Reminder about Reporting of Game Results – make sure your team managers are aware of this information.

                Reporting of Game Results

1 - The Home or host team is responsible for emailing scanned copies of the scoresheets to scoresheets@sythl.org or faxing the scoresheets to 1-866-436-5065, no later than Monday 5:00pm EST

2 - The home or host team is responsible for mailing the original score sheets (white copy) to Janette Rawls - postmarked no later than Tuesday following the game weekend - failure to do so will result in the loss of one (1) point in league standings. 
DO NOT send scoresheets certified mail requiring a signature.  They will be returned.   Please just send regular mail or certified with no signature requirement.

It is the responsibility of the team receiving any game misconduct penalties to report those to the SYTHL referee in chief, Bob McMillin.   Instructions for submitting suspensions can be found on the website, in the section titled Suspension Submission 

If there are coaches and managers that want to receive the weekly league updates directly in their inbox, all they need to do is go the Email Sign-up on the website, and enter the requested information. I encourage all coaches and managers to sign up through the site, as information that is division specific will be communicated to the email subscribers as well as each organizations representative of record.

Several Associations still need to submit SYTHL League fees - these were due Oct. 1.  You should have received an email reminder today if you have not paid.

Also - still waiting on some rosters - games are not supposed to be paid until these rosters are submitted!  Please send if you have not or if you still owe me certified copies!
