 Whether your child is House, Select, A/AA Travel level, every player will benefit from the Nashville Predators Hockey Schools 
 
It’s never too early to be thinking about summer hockey training!  In July we will be offering an advanced camp for Mite – Bantams and novice to intermediate camp for ages 4-7.  For information on dates/cost, visit www.nashvillepredators.com/hockeyschool.  Space is limited, don’t miss out!
 
Just announced…Tim McAllister, A-Game Sportsplex and Nashville Jr. Predators Hockey Director, will serve as Nashville Predators Hockey Schools Head Instructor! 
 
 
The Nashville Predators will host the 11th Preds Hockey School from Monday, July 12 – Friday, July 16 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at Centennial Sportsplex in Nashville.  House, Select and A/AA Travel level players and goaltenders ages 8-14 are invited to attend.
 
Participants in the week-long school will be challenged daily with two, 90-minute ice sessions led by Tim McAllister and daily off-ice conditioning sessions led by David Good, Nashville Predators Strength & Conditioning Coach.  Other camp features will include lectures on nutrition, injury prevention, equipment maintenance and perspectives from Nashville Predators personnel.
 
Hockey School Highlights:
-          Qualified, professional instructors
-          3 hours daily ice instruction
-          Ice sessions will incorporate learned technical skills and apply them to full ice tactical drills
-          Each ice session will have allotted time reserved to focus on position specific skills
-          Off-ice training focused on stretching, plyometrics and conditioning
-          Team building exercises
-          Goaltenders welcome
-          Geared towards House, Select and Travel level
-          All day camp (lunch included)
-          Camp scrimmage finale
-          Guest coaches include Preds Alumni, coaches, and/or prospect players (subject to change)
-          Official Preds Hockey School personalized jersey and more!
 
The 3rd Annual Little Preds Hockey School (ages 4-7) will be held July 26-30 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at A-Game Sportsplex in Franklin.  Limited spots available.
