Note from the SYTHL Referee In Chief

2008-11-06

SYTHL League Directors and Coaches: I am going to start a weekly email based to some the rules and questions we are getting. Would you please email these to all of your coaches, players and parents if possible. #1: All suspensions for players and coaches in SYTHL games need to be submitted only through the instructions @ http://www.sythl.goalline.ca/page.php?page_id=6313 . Suspensions are to be submitted within 48 hours of the suspension being issued. #2: Signing score sheets: Coaches are required to sign the score sheet prior to the start of the game. You are not signing that you agree with the penalties called, you are signing that your roster is correct. Rule 506. CEP numbers are also required. #3: When are suspensions to be served? Rule 404c A player or Team Official incurring a game misconduct penalty shall be suspended for his team’s next game (the game already appearing on the schedule of that team at the time of the infraction). Thank you, Kurt Totten RIC - SYTHL Make the first call!
